Organized according to visit and interview, entries for this year record the meetings and conversations that took place between Grant, professionals and students in the field of public health. Grant finishes his time with the All India Institute, transferred blood bank responsibilities to Bengal government and continues to make medical and health care educational recommendations to the Bhore Committee. After coming back to the United States, Grant focuses his time on social medicine and its relation to medical care. He visits various organizations and institutions associated with social medicine and discussed teaching of hospital and medical care administration, medical economics and medical care.
