Organized according to interview and visit, Vincent talks to various professionals in the field of public health and discusses projects and proposals. As President of the Rockefeller Foundation he steers the focus toward supporting the war effort and making the world a better place through public health funding. The 1918 diary documents Vincent overseeing and getting updates on Rockefeller Foundation projects from various other officers.
