Scope and content:

Organized according to interview and visit, Vincent talks to various professionals in the field of public health and discusses projects and proposals. As President of the Rockefeller Foundation he handles the institutional and administrative duties of the Rockefeller Foundation, International Health Board and China Medical Board. The 1920 diary documents Vincent's trip to Canada to oversee and start the Canadian medical education program, further discussions of Peking Union Medical College, and its disease research and preventive programs in tuberculous and yellow fever.
