Born in 1888 Mr. Brooks photographed Hudson River steamboats during the first half of the 1900s. The collection covers an extensive variety of steamboats on the upper portion of the Hudson River. The collection includes photographs, postcard images and glass plate negatives of steamers, tugboats and ferries from Tracey I. Brooks' collection.
