The Brown Family Photographs contains photographs of the Brown, Bement, Faulkner, and Pike extended family, as well as their friends and associates, from the 1860s through the 1950s.
- Biographical / historical:

Maurice Brown (1859-1939) and wife Carrie O’Neil Brown of Pine City, New York, were farmers. Together they had four children: Erma Brown Bement (1885-1973), Charles Brown (1894-1984), Nellie Brown (1890s-1928) and Lucie Brown Faulkner (1900-1977). Their grandchildren include Edna Bement Mitchell (1906-1994) and Edith Faulkner Pike (1920-1998). Members of their extended families lived in Pine City, Elmira, and Hector, New York, as well as in Lawrenceville, Pennsylvania.
