Processing information:

This project was made possible by a grant from the Documentary Heritage Program of the New York State Archives, a program of the State Education Department.

This collection came to the Local History and Genealogy Division from the GAGV on two separate dates. The first folder in the collection came as an envelope on August 11, 2016. The remaining folders were donated on February 2, 2017. After consulting with co-workers it was determined to combine both collections due to the small size of the collections and the same subject matter. All metal fasteners were removed and acidic papers were placed in individual envelopes.

According to deed of gift, any duplicates or items found unsuitable to the RPL collections and not retained should be returned to the donor. Gay Alliance of the Genesee Valley, 100 College Ave., Suite 100, Rochester, New York 14607.
