The James Clark Maneval Papers consist of programs, advertisements, class assignments, and memorabilia related to Maneval’s time at Syracuse University and the student organizations he was involved in. The collection is arranged into two series:
The Memorabilia series is composed of a button, felted megaphones, programs, and dance cards related to campus events and Greek life.
The Papers series comprises coursework, photographs, and printed material related to Maneval's advertising major and participation in the Onondagan and several Greek and honorary societies. The collection also contains information on a New York State scholarship Maneval received.
- Biographical / historical:

James Clark Maneval (1934-2021) attended Syracuse University from 1952 to 1956 and double majored in advertising and business administration. He was a member of the Zeta Psi social fraternity and the Phi Kappa Phi honor society, and was president of the Alpha Delta Sigma professional advertising fraternity. He was also the business and promotion managers for the Onondagan yearbook.
